    In the first place, I see this as an opportunity to participate in a thrilling, dynamic, and crucial area of the City's Department of Finance. I received a Master's in civil engineering and architecture from Liberty City Faculty in the summer of 2008. As a Construction/Infrastructure Procurement Manager when I first joined Diamond Construction in 2020, I was in charge of overseeing the acquisition of high-value construction contracts and other works/services. My responsibilities at Diamond included creating a procurement strategy and overseeing the entire end-to-end procurement process until the contract was awarded. In order to comprehend their needs, I also collaborated extensively with stakeholders.

    I have strong monitoring and inventory management abilities in addition to exceptional abilities in acquiring goods and services for enterprises. I developed budgets and performed management financial analysis as part of my job at Diamond. If given the chance, I think my excellent abilities in needs analysis and identification will be very helpful. Above all else, I have a strong attention to detail and the capacity to analyze a business. I also make a great team player and have great interpersonal abilities.

Having studied Construction Management at Arizona State University, he quickly put his learning to work and now has an extensive set of credentials behind him and a number of years experience in the industry. Deluxe's experience speaks for itself as well as the large portfolio of business properties the company has, we also have a wide range of residential properties designed for a vast range of budgets.

To this day Deluxe Construction is proud to say no incidents, albeit safety on-site or post-construction - have been reported to date reporting a 100% customer satisfaction and recommendation rate.


3.2 Plan of Action:
Explain in detail how you plan to achieve the goals set forth in the contract. We recommend addressing all requirements explicitly mentioned therein.
The process is kicked off by the team with a series of meetings to discuss ideas on designs and put together the first drafts of the blueprint. A site inspection takes place, and once the draft is complete a meeting with our customer is held to take them through the draft, and we work with them to reshape the design and meet the individual needs, mindful of any adjustments they wish to take into account.

Once the blueprint design is approved, the material selection process begins. This includes the properties color schemes, fabric schemes, decor and lighting. We work with our clients at specific points to ensure the end goal is a vision we both share at the start.

Once we are happy with the design and the material selection process is complete, the build phase begins. The team deploy a construction team on site to get to work on the foundations and floor space whilst the management team oversee progress, having regular meetings with the customer to keep them up to date, sharing pictures and also welcoming site visits where safety permits.

This process is managed through until the end goal once the finishing touches are complete, a series of approval viewings will be set in motion by both internal and external auditors from Deluxe & the Customer. Once the customer is happy with the completion of the project, the team completes any final checks and clean ups required and then the aftercare team steps in.

The aftercare team sets up any relevant maintenance contracts and agreements going forward to ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout.

It is worth noting that all client information is kept completely confidential. No pictures or names are shared without the clients permission even post build. All clients existing in the current Deluxe Portfolio have given consent for their information to be shared.
