CPS Youth Information.
Child Protective Service agents spend time daily with the children at Haven Homes. They pick up new youth and orientate them. They complete intakes, manage the children's living area, and assist with collecting youth who find themselves distressed, lost, in legal trouble, etc. They update and notate files regularly and share information to ensure everyone is on the same page. The CPS agents call youth to chat, take them out for ad hoc activities, and ensure that the children get interaction so that they know that they are cared for.
