Description of Event
“Rise South-Central†is a program designed to uplift marginalized communities towards prosperity through cultural socio-economic means, prioritizing on self-development through sports, art, music, film, theater, and literature. Primarily, the program prioritizes on increasing the socio-economic standards of lower-income families, migrants, formerly convicted felons, and homeless individuals, with the sole purpose to develop, reform, and integrate these marginalized groups into productive beings of Los Santos, San Andreas.
