Established. 2020, Integrity Transit is one of the most efficient taxi companies within the premises of our beloved city Los Santos, and the surrounding out-skirts.

Integrity Transit was originally founded by Luca Molinaro, a current board director within Integrity Holdings Incorporated, who invested into the company mildly for a startup costing nearly half a million. There on his companion Joey Capri joined the early stage to acquire a managerial position and aid with the company policies, terms, hiring process and marketing campaign. Two months later, a brighter future has appealed by joining IHI in order to support a better marketing campaign, and provide utterly better services.

Our seek for experience and commercial travel sets us on a clear path where customers tend to arrive at their destinations within the best time possible, the lowest wage, and have the most comfortable ride. Throughout months of work; Integrity Transit has been crowned to be one of the best within said major, not only the technology used such as computerized data, and dispatch systems tend to help achieve that, but also the dedication and integrity workers put day to day in order to come up with the best.

3.1 Business Credentials:

Integrity Transit has been the backbone of Los Santos' late nights and early morning rides home for months now. We started with just one taxi which our Director, Luca Molinaro, took to the town every day for weeks until he could buy his second and hire a second driver. This process repeated until now, we now have a fleet of 5 taxi's and are acquiring our 6th in the coming days. Private transportation services are fundamental in any city's progression toward a modern, sophisticated environment and with your help we would like to expand on that.
Our drivers are inducted straight from the licensing office where they undergo on site training or in our Textile City office, where we implore the necessity of professional customer service and also the discretion that is required when being a private chauffeur. Commencing with only standard taxi's at the moment, we are already regarded as Los Santos' top customer service representatives in all aspect of Integrity Holding Incorporated, not just the transport department. We as a company have been working together as a closely knit community with other depos around the city to ensure we are providing the best possible service to the citizens of Los Santos, with the governments assistance we can stretch that philosophy to more elegant forms of transport.


3.2 Plan of Action:
Explain in detail how you plan to achieve the goals set forth in the contract. We recommend addressing all requirements explicitly mentioned therein.
As a transport agency our two main priorities in the operational sense will be our vehicles - maintained, clean, professionally decorated and our staff's training. We have already profiled industrial mechanics to perform weekly services on our fleet to keep it in alignment with regulation e-PROCUREMENT #2019-002 - PUBLIC TRANSPORT SERVICES Contract Point 1.3. This is a main priority so we do not only maintain the appearance of a high standard business, but also to align with safety regulations.
As an organisation we have developed an internal HR department who will oversee the training and progression of every staff member individually with personnel files kept up to date. This will track employee's performance across the board.

We are seeking to procure an in house advanced driving instructor should our business be successful in order to adhere to the High finance driver training programme, in turn testing each individual on a series of road laws.
As we wish to become a sole source of Los Santos' private transportation we have also put in place strict recruitment guidelines, only recruiting the highest calibre of candidate with professional goals and progression interests.

To ensure our company is performing at maximum efficiency we have implemented a series of training modules that each employee must complete in their induction phase of recruitment. This is to ensure that management can closely track each employee and assist them were necessary to bettering themselves as a transport professional. We offer weekly incentives to keep our employee's target focused and performing at maximum efficiency.

Luca Molinaro; Luca is the head and director of Integrity Transit, he mainly appoints everyone a role which suits our employee's best and would benefit our city's transportation needs the most. Luca is very versatile and can be found driving around town as a chauffeur too, he doesn't see himself "above" anyone else. He makes sure their supervisors deliver and oversees all their operations and helps with planning where and when needed. Safety, professionalism and comfort is what Luca wishes Integrity Transit to stand for. Luca and his team know how to manage and run a proper transit company, this isn't their first rodeo, together they ran another transit company back in New York too. Luca always puts their customers first.

Antonio Bernardi; Known around Los Santos prominently as 'Andy', he has over 12 years taxiing experience in Los Santos. With his mother and father working cabs in Sicily before he was born you could say it ran in the family. Andy brings to the company his own collective of clientele that depend weekly on his team's punctuality to quickly get to their destinations with extraordinary service. Combining Andy's local knowledge with Luca and Joey's corporate background with previous companies they surely aim to be the best, in every aspect.

Joey Capri; Joey has many experiences managing transit companies, he and Luca managed another transit company back in New York together. Joey is in charge of planning and covering most major and effectives routes through town and handles most implementations of our transport regulations and oversees them along with Antonio. Joey has a degree in communication, he's Integrity Transit main Supervisor and handles the coordination with all involved parties. Joey works closely together with Luca and they both are committed to see Integrity Transit succeed and make it the succes they both have envisioned.

Diversifying vehicle park is crucial to maintain sustainability and to avoid unnecessary expenses. Bigger and more comfortable buses are meant for longer trips around the town, more simplistic large buses are meant to travel faster and for shorter distances. Smaller buses are meant to cruise around the touristic attractions all over the Los Santos.

Employees being motivated by additional monetary bonuses mean that there would be a competition between the employees, in turn increasing the overall hours and dedication of our employees. Competition always enables a room for improvement and helps to showcase strengths, not to mention a psychological incentive to be better and earn more.

New employee hiring drive is essential to be able to sustain our own company while also effectively putting hours into the public transportation contract. Important to mention that not only the new drivers would require guidance and training but our current drivers too that would wish to park their taxi for a day and try out a bus for a change would be ready as well, or for example, during various events, holidays and such, when pedestrian movement becomes extremely intense.

Administrative and etc. fees would cover the following: financial research, projection and forecast; effective route planning and ability to re-adjust as soon as possible; bureaucratic processes and company restructure; researching current Los Santos infrastructure; researching current market for public transportation among other things.

P. S. Medical examination and health insurance is covered by Integrity Holding Incorporated & Hope Health Center.

3.4 Competitive Analysis:
Explain the benefits and value for money of your bid.
We currently are a part of the biggest corporation in the city, being provided with such an exposure that all the other taxi companies could only wish for. That certainly helped us out in the beginning, just when we joined the Holding. Employee count roughly tripled in a week, fleet expanded around 33% after 1.5 weeks (credit to all of the employees). Since our start, we have managed to maintain and uphold our standards - that being our ultimate goal besides always trying to improve something.

On top of that, we can easily name ourselves the first true taxi company in the city of Los Santos, being one of the oldest and most renowned transit companies around that has untarnished reputation in media, had no issues with the law nor government. Integrity Transit employees are always kept up to date with ANY law changes, traffic rules or changes in the infrastructure of the city. Absolutely none of our chauffeurs have left the company since the beginning and keep on actively helping to skyrocket the company for the second time.

Public transportation opportunity offered by the government is a great chance to show the government that there is no better candidate for said contract, but Integrity Transit. There is never an hour when none of our chauffeurs are unavailable. With this contract - the city will have healthy and functioning public transportation program. We also plan on launching events that would help to promote public transportation use in order to reduce air pollution and help everyone enjoy a slightly cleaner air in Los Santos - that being one of our sustainability values.

Our employee incentive program would ensure that there is never an employee that comes sad or tired to work - a decent incentive monetary reward will encourage slight competition between our employees, in turn improving service quality, city coverage and public transportation availability throughout the day.
