I've been in the transport business since I was 25 so almost 10 years and worked in different kind of envirorments, my goal if this gets accepted is to provide a reliable and cheap way of transportation to Blaine County. The idea would be to have at least 3 routes in the city: one being from Airport to the city centre, one from the centre to the main areas and the last being a circular line that touches the outer part of Los Santos. Plus having two coaches that would travel from Los Santos to Paleto Bay stopping in the middle cities.
3.2 Plan of Action:
Explain in detail how you plan to achieve the goals set forth in the contract. We recommend addressing all requirements explicitly mentioned therein.
Well-Developed Employee Recruitment Policy
To achieve this goal we would start working with LSPD having a custom made system for us or a line we could use to ensure we could have a fast response when requesting for criminal records.
Well-Financed Driver Training Program
For this our main goal would be to set up a course of at least 4 hours, two of which would be theory courses held at our HQ or at a suitable location, and two would be a driving course on the field on a bus. At the end of the 4 hours all the drivers would have to take a small test both written and a driving test, where a tester would note the overall performance of the future driver.
Fleet Maintenance
We have our own workshop at Limovia's Headquarter that could provide all the tools for small repairs and maintenance. For anything bigger, we will contract a mechanic shop to maintain all the vehicles from the fleet.
3.2 Technical Capability:
Demonstrate your (key) employees' skills, experience of similar work and their involvement if you were to be awarded the contract.
Kathy has been a part of Limovia for quite some time, in which she demostrated to have the skills of a manager that can deal with all the public relations issues and internal issues. She's been our best purchase since we opened having loged more than 10 to 20 services provided to our customers with no complaint whatsoever. She will be responsible for hiring new managers that would take care of the training and courses for the upcoming drivers, and also be the middleman between Limovia and Goverment.
3.3 Financial Bid:
Provide us with the details of your pricing and any aftercare arrangements within the price.
Upon researching we came to the conclusion that the total cost for these services, per hour, would come to a $6,000/hr. This price includes the following:
