3.1 Business Credentials:

Los Santos Transit has had no previous contractrial experience; being a company focused on civilian transport we tend to steer away from any contracts when it comes to transport and offer one-off costs for business that require transport needs.

Explain in detail how you plan to achieve the goals set forth in the contract. We recommend addressing all requirements explicitly mentioned therein.
Los Santos Transit plans to execute the contract by ramping up employment; we currently have over six job applications pending acceptance ready per the contract, as well as the ability to mass purchase additional vehicles to deal with the contract. Our senior management team, consisting of Jenna Gardiner and Jonas Kennedy have both had a lengthy experience in transportation, while the majority has been private for Jonas, Jenna worked for her MBA in New York before finishing and moving to Los Santos to be close to her friend, Jonas Kennedy. Both Jenna and Jonas decided they'd be able to take the LST bid on and create a company that it is today.
Jonas Kennedy has owned Los Santos Auto Group for a long time, his experience with the private transportation industry helps us within the requirements to cover taxi’s and other private means for the citizens of Los Santos.

Los Santos Transit is by far a leader in the industry, we have seen no other company invest so much into their technology, fleet and staff than any other company before. We honestly believe we have no real competition when it comes to the service, leadership and systems we have in place. Our bid will allow not only us to grow and help the citizens of Los Santos more but also put a transport system in place that can really make Los Santos’ transportation something that people across the US will remember and comment about in a positive light.

- - we’ve already taken on a legal manager who will be issuing employment contracts and dealing with the on-boarding process as well as building a robust employment structure and path to follow which we will be happy to showcase.
- - we already take pride in our driver training program which has an in-house manager, Borz Basayev who also issues training certifications and in-house licenses. We also hold a system that keeps track of driving hours, this is using the same time-card system HGV’s use.
- - we already take pride in our maintenance and how we constantly upgrade and maintain our busses. We currently have our own in-house mechanical team and cleaning team that go through ensuring the cleanliness of the bus through the day and taking reports about issues on our busses via the reporting system.
- - we are more than happy to meet this demand, and happy to discuss our constant growth including new programs, issues and services we intend to provide.
- - we are already a service provider with outstanding ratings, these ratings are randomly requested from riders who use our services, we currently hold a consistent five star rating for this month and last month with no reported incidents or accidents recorded. We can maintain efficiency as we already service our routes daily with no issues, as we’re also hiring more drivers and training them it will also become more frequent for the public to see more busses.
- - We intend to hire a PR manager within the next few days, we have a few candidates in place but will be ready by the time the bid goes up for discussion.
