Bridal Designs is a newly founded business only registered as of December 2022 officially. Bridal Designs initially worked only in digital designs under a different name and eventually had other services that the business became synonymous with providing such as Wedding Planning. Now Bridal Designs has much gone back to its roots in doing Digital Design.

Bridal Designs offers a wide range of Digital Design possibilities which include commonly requested Leaflets, advertisements, posters, social media designs and banners, business bards, wedding invites and almost anything that can be digitally designed. Notably, Bridal Designs does not typically work with Logo Designs - although this is something that on exemption depending on the circumstances.

Bridal Designs may be a new business in terms of registration but I myself, Lexi Brown who is the sole designer for Bridal Designs have worked with Graphic Designers and Clients several years prior to my employment in the Fire Department. When my tenure as a Paramedic came to a close due to my resignation I went back into developing the Bridal Designs business who has worked with several clients such as individuals, businesses.

Bridal Designs is confident it can meet on all deliverables of this contract. Bridal Designs is capable of both print and digital. Bridal Designs is not simply a one-trick in designing and can fulfil all manners of design ranging from yes, the more common advertisements, banners, infographics, postcards, newsletters and so forth. But Bridal Designs can visually design anything from making stunning looking spread-sheets, creating guide-lines and templates for digital posts such as for discussion boards, websites, so on.

Lexi Brown - who is for now, the sole employee of this business is able to provide professional designs that use neither templates nor online-available imagary, original pieces of work that have care and passion behind each. Fully dedicated to being a part of the full design process and able to work both under restictive instructions and under complete freedom with no guidelines if requested.

Lexi Brown, I - pride myself most in my strong communication skills. When clients wish I am pleased to talk through the entire design process and frequently communicate with any client of Bridal Designs ensuring they fully understand what work is being done and the time-scales for that work. Not only this but when clients want a less hands-on approach and wish to send me on my way to do the design without much input - I also strive in this envrionment just as much. Be it an approaching deadline or demanding design I am able to entirely work through these expectations and provide highq uality designs.

Bridal Designs and myself are a reliable bid for this contract - with the amount of pride and dedication into each piece of work you can be assured that Integrity is are the core of this new business.

Bridal Designs is interested in a salaried contract if this a possibility. Price entirely depends on project, as will be mentioned in the next section for Competitive Analysis - Bridal Designs does not use templates nor does it use a combination of images like almost all competitiors have done or currently do - Bridal Designs provides high quality, original pieces of work. The only circumstances a Template design or otherwise would be used is under specific client request for this to be done.

Bridal Designs has reasonable and negotioable prices for its high quality and original designs. These prices reflect the amount of work placed into any project. It would be missleading to attribute any set price to a certain sort of project. Should Bridal Designs be able to be a salaried contract - prices would be fixed. Otherwise, individual per project.

Bridal Designs offers and delivers its service unlike any other business in this sector. Not only are all communications kept professional but we always do our upmost in ensuring the client is fully up to date on process and understanding the designs we are making for them. Not only this but many other design studio's, digital artists and more inside the Los Santos city are frequently using templates and free-to-use assets found online. Bridal Designs is proud and has pride in the fact we do not use templates unless on specific request of the client themselves. Otherwise, all pieces of of design-work we create is original.

IV. DECLARATION OF AGREEMENT

I hereby declare that I have read and understand the e-Procurement guide provided to me by the Bureau of City Contracts.

I authorize the Bureau of City Contracts and/or the City of Los Santos, to contact government agencies, past employers, educational institutions and listed references in the course of conducting an investigation into my background.

I authorize the Bureau of City Contracts and/or the City of Los Santos, to release all data gathered during the background investigation to public procurement management at the City of Los Santos for use in evaluating my government contract bidding form.

I understand and acknowledge that the information the Bureau of City Contracts and/or the City of Los Santos, gathers and provides to public procurement management may be unfavorable to my application.
