2.3 Business History:
Intera Interior Design is a renowned interior design company with vast amounts of experience from residential properties to the businesses we as a city visit and enjoy every day. The company has only recently been formed in mid 2020, however the number of projects Intera has completed in to date is staggering. Despite this, every single project is painstakingly planned and executed to the highest levels of accuracy and care. In addition to this, Intera has a very good eye for design and can bring even the wildest and most creative ideas to fruition. The company's portfolio can be viewed at intera.com ((https://forum.gta.world/en/index.php?/t ... or-design/)).
2.4 Products & Services:
Intera is able to cover all aspects of construction and design. While we primarily focus on the interior designing, we have great industry partners and contacts able to carry out the construction according to our designs. We don't just simply tell our indsutry contacts to crack on, we work with them and alongside them on site everyday, overlooking and ensuring things are going just as planned as expected.
We are able to draft blueprints from simple conversations and bring them to life before your eyes. We also can take on existing structures and design and renovate them to your desires. We have even toyed around with 3D modelling and imaging software to give both ourselves and our clients a better idea of what the finished product will look like.
We are proud to have excellent client interaction with all our projects, whether you would prefer a hands-off approach or a more involved and intertwined business relationship, we can accommodate all approaches. For this reason we like to have frequent follow-up meetings with clients to show them the plans, progress, finished product, and everything in between. It's actually an approach derived from software engineering known as 'agile', which heavily promotes frequent client interaction.
Once the finishing touches are complete and the property is done, our work can and will continue should you please. Whether it be small touch ups or changes of heart in the design of a property, or more large-scale changes, we can accomodate anything and everything.
2.5 Key Employees:
After some recent employee losses due to relocations to other cities, Jordan Hills is the only current member of the company, however he is responsible for the vast majority of the projects on the Intera portfolio! 3.1 Business Credentials:
Provide a summary of your work as a contractor, your past experience.
Intera Interior Design is a respected interior design company with a long list of clients, both business and residential. Time and time again people come back to us as they love the products we deliver and the service that goes along with it, you will not hear a bad word spoken about Intera, that is for sure. As mentioned, we have a range oof different properties from humble homes, to county businesses, to lavish casinos found in the city. Intera has a broad skillset capable of accomplishing any and all projects.
One particularly relevant past project of ours is the Betta Life Pharmacy. While not comparable to a project like this in terms of scale, it is still nevertheless a medical facility with two upstairs private practices. Intera has experience building and designing to the standards you expect from a medical/health care facility and we would of course continue this onto this project if we are given the chance.
3.2 Plan of Action:
Explain in detail how you plan to achieve the goals set forth in the contract. We recommend addressing all requirements explicitly mentioned therein.
To begin with, we will have an introductory meetings where any and all relevant parties can become acquaunted with each other and begin discussing initials plans and ideas. Depending on schedule either during the same meeting or a follow up, we would then visit the property at hand and further discuss the desires for the project. Once this meeting is over Intera will stay behind and beginning taking measurements and photographs in order to be used in our blueprint drafts.
Following the completion of our blueprints and other design documents, we would hold another meeting to showcase such items. This is where the clients really begin to get a feel for what their business will become and is a very good opportunity to voice opinions for all parties. Following this meeting, we may or may not have another follow up with new plans, it all depends on how this first design document showcase is received. We allow a second meeting as sometimes clients don't necessarily know what they want until they are 'pushed' in the right direction, and then the ideas coming flowing out. These meetings are more than welcomed by Intera and we would much rather take an extra hour or two out of our day to finalize a plan for our clients.
From here, contsruction will begin on the property and will be one of the larger parts of the project in regards to timescale. We will outsource to contractors where necessary and hold meetings with them to get them up to speed with the project and what is expected. Following the work done by our construction, electrical and plumbing partners, we will then have yet another on-site meeting where we give clients a walkthrough of the barebones structure of what is soon to become their finished property. We use this as an opportunity to gather the client's thoughts and feelings of the property and to also see if they would like any further changes before commencing on the decoration stage.
Following this meeting, we would then begin bringing the propert to life, laying floors, painting walls and so forth. Depending on the clients desires, we may or may not have an intermediary meeting at this stage before furnishing the property. In any case, following this we would then furnish the property and hold a final showcasing meeting of the property. Following this, we would then have one last meeting in the days following to the completion of the project to handle payments and any other points of interest.
If possible, we would also like to speak to the doctors, nurses and the many other types of health care profesionals that will be working within this building. Building and designing properties is one thing, but building and designing functional and effective properties is another thing entirely. For this reason Intera believes it would be beneficial to consult with members of the health board to gather their thoughts and insight regarding the building. Failing the ability to do this, we will take our queries elsewhere in the form of external consultation.
3.2 Technical Capability:
Demonstrate your (key) employees' skills, experience of similar work and their involvement if you were to be awarded the contract.
Intera's name speaks for itself. With a strong client base of returning customers, Intera is known for its excellent craftsmanship. From residential properties to businesses, Intera can do it all. Whether it be a cozy coffee shop, or a luxurious and lively casino floor, or even a corporate, meaningful office space, Intera has you covered.
Our approach to client interaction will leave you completely satisfied that you are in good hands, it also allows you many oopportunities throughout the project to voice your opinions. Unlike other companies, we won't hold a single meeting and be done with you.
Please refer to the Intera Intera Design portfolio found above for further details of previous projects. Please not not all projects can be hosted on Intera's portfolio due to privacy and confidentiality request on behalf of some of our clients. Thank you for your understanding. Just to reiterate, a notable previous project regarding this bid would be the Betta Life Pharmacy to give you some further insight regarding the healthcare facility we have previously undertaken.
Also please do not be off put by our other government bid given the current team size. Intera would not make a bid if it isn't absolutely certain it can fulfil it, if accepted, both properties would be designed and delivered within or ahead of schedule!

Final Cost: $9,300,000
3.4 Competitive Analysis:
Explain the benefits and value for money of your bid.
Our bid totals in at $9.3 million for healthcare facility. Part of such a high bid is due to the costs and redundancy measures that are inherently necessary due to it being a healthcare facility. After all, you simply cannot put a price on life itself. At Intera our prices have never been the cheapest, but that is because we care. We care about your building and its outcome, and without the necessary costs listed above, that simply would not be possible. Unfortunately in the past we have simply had to walk away from projects with lower budgets. When people ask, "can you do less details?", "you don't have to make it really nice", those are simply not options for us. We do the best work possible, or nothing at all. We hope you can understand our thought process.
Depending on the scheduling, we would love the opportunity to showcase our talents on bid #2020-003 before this one, however if necessary we are more than capable of developing both projects simultaneously.
