The Los Santos Department of Cultural Affairs is dedicated to fostering and promoting the rich cultural heritage and creative expression within the city. As a Cultural Ambassador, you will play a vital role in supporting cultural initiatives, events, and programs that celebrate diversity, creativity, and community engagement..

Your job description includes but is not limited to:

Event Coordination
Organize and oversee cultural events, exhibitions, performances, and workshops in collaboration with local artists, cultural organizations, and community partners.
Arts Promotion
Promote local artists, musicians, performers, and cultural institutions through marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, and public relations efforts. Keep in touch with local DJs and influencers to amplify cultural events and initiatives.
Trend Analysis
Study trends in arts, culture, and entertainment to identify opportunities for innovation and relevance in cultural programming. Stay updated on emerging artists, genres, and cultural movements.
Cultural Partnerships
Cultivate and maintain partnerships with businesses, media outlets, and other stakeholders to enhance visibility and support for cultural activities in Los Santos.
Media Relations
Develop press releases, media pitches, and other materials to generate media coverage for cultural events and initiatives. Coordinate interviews, photo shoots, and other media opportunities.
Documentation and Evaluation
Maintain records of cultural programs, events, and initiatives. Conduct evaluations and assessments to measure the impact and effectiveness of cultural activities.
Cultural Asset Identification
Research, survey, and identify cultural assets, including historical sites, landmarks, artifacts, and intangible cultural heritage, that are significant to the identity of Los Santos.

The Department of Cultural Affairs' main area of activity is the development of culture and cultural education in the Los Santos metropolitan area. With an especially strong focus on young and up-and-coming artists, the Department breathes life into the cultural scene of Los Santos, supporting literature, performing arts and visual arts whilst raising public awareness regarding art, its history - including art's continuous effect on Los Santos - and how it influenced our methods of interpersonal communication.
1. The applicant must have attained the age of 18.
2. The applicant must have a legal address in the State of San Andreas.
3. The applicant may not have been convicted of a felony or a misdemeanour.
4. ((Must have a minimum of 40 hours within GTAW on any character)).
1. Bachelor's degree in arts administration, cultural studies, communications, or a related field. An equivalent level gained through work experience may be considered.
2. Experience in event planning, community engagement, and public relations, preferably in a cultural or arts-related context.
3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
4. Knowledge of local arts and culture scene in Los Santos.
5. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and dynamic environment.
1. A high level of literacy is required together with the ability to frame correspondence in a user-friendly but legally correct style and to prepare file notes for presentation to department and city leadership.
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills together with the ability to prioritize and manage significant workload under pressure without supervision. The ability to maintain a calm and professional approach when faced with very challenging and sometimes high profile customers is essential.
3. Strong political and social awareness of local issues, as well as ties with the local scene and/or knowledge of the history of the local region, is advantageous.
STEP I. PRELIMINARY JOB APPLICATION — This is the first step in applying for a job as Cultural Ambassador with the Department of Cultural Affairs. Aside from getting a complete overview of the applicant's professional track record, the primary objective of this application is to assess the applicantant's proficiency in the English language and motivation for the job.

STEP II. BACKGROUND CHECK — Upon submitting your candidacy, recruitment officials will verify whether the information contained within is truthful. STEP III. JOB INTERVIEW — This will be the third and final stage in becoming a Cultural Ambassador. You will be invited for an interview with one of our recruiters. This interview shall take place on a one-to-one basis and will primarily focus on your job knowledge and experience. The interview will include both more theoretical questions as well as a practical assignment. Before attending the interview it is highly recommended to study the job vacancy thoroughly as it is considered to be good preparation for the interview.
