3.1 Business Credentials:
Provide a summary of your work as a contractor, your past experience.
We're a company that prides itself on staying with the times and can confidently state that its means of operating and conducting services is beyond any competitor. I, George Manna, have spent most of my life in the industry, reaching the status of Operations Manager back when I was 26 for a company interstate. An Operations Manager within a waste management company gets the best of both worlds, dealing with clients, handling the team, organizing routes and managing any issues that arise whether it be technical, mechanical or logistical.
Our current clients are satisfied customers whom we service on a regular basis, and with the rapidly expanding personnel, sales team and work force in general, we've been able to take on bigger contracts and services that are deemed far more difficult due to external factors such as access, time and scheduling issues.
Utilizing this experience of both my own and the company's origins, I believe strongly that it shapes a company more than capable of filling the gap in the current market, especially when it comes to city waste management. Both the South & Central Districts pose as the opportunity for our company to take it to the next level, providing the city and its communities within those districts the right types of sanitation services they require.
3.2 Plan of Action:
Explain in detail how you plan to achieve the goals set forth in the contract. We recommend addressing all requirements explicitly mentioned therein.
3.2 Technical Capability:
Demonstrate your (key) employees' skills, experience of similar work and their involvement if you were to be awarded the contract.
3.3 Financial Bid:
Provide us with the details of your pricing and any aftercare arrangements within the price.

3.2 Plan of Action:
Explain in detail how you plan to achieve the goals set forth in the contract. We recommend addressing all requirements explicitly mentioned therein.
- STEP 1 - Reviewing the existing routes & services:
- Before any work can be conducted, we as a company have to review the existing routes, locations and existing services in which are part of the districts we're tendering for. This includes reviewing existing risk assessments, revisiting existing routes and identifying any newer issues if any such as access issues or hazards such as overhead power lines and any external obstacles.
- STEP 2 - Improving sanitation and cleanliness, safety procedures for difficult sites / hazardous locations:
- Once the routes have been reviewed we would start establishing safety measures for problematic sites identified on the route in order to provide our drivers with updated risk assessment files that provide them with all necessary information for each site. Sanitation and cleanliness are some of the most important factors when moving towards an environmentally friendly Los Santos and often an issue past companies and districts have struggled with. We will be making sure to deliver new bins to any locations where the bins are rusted or damaged, and providing collection services beyond just the bins themselves. This includes but is not limited to loose material.
- STEP 3 - Creating new routes:
- After the aforementioned points, we will establish new routes for the assigned districts, keeping in mind time management and efficiency when outlining these routes. Due to the wide scale demand we will always liaise with the city to ensure they are comfortable and approving of the routes we have created.
- STEP 4 - Ad-hoc Contingency Plans
- The districts may occasionally encounter situations where ad-hoc waste management services are necessary. By conducting thorough risk assessments, we can proactively develop contingency plans to address urgent, potentially hazardous scenarios, including the prompt collection of hazardous materials.
3.2 Technical Capability:
Demonstrate your (key) employees' skills, experience of similar work and their involvement if you were to be awarded the contract.
- George Manna - CEO
- Experienced waste management industry professional, working as an Operations Manager for years before founding American Waste Services interstate and moving it over. Skill set is highlighted by the ability to communicate, socialize and network as well as administration & management skills when it comes to personnel.
- Remus Frattesi - Human Resources Director
- Thorough HR experience across various industries, possessing the ability to manage and orchestrate a company's workforce whilst liaising with other internal departments. Organizational skills beyond any other and a skill set acquired through various administrative office roles including but not limited to Contract Administration.
- Leonardo Casagrande - Operations Manager
- Past experience in the waste management industry as an Operations Supervisor working close by an Operations Manager. Thorough understanding of the business' inner workings and the technicalities behind managing the operational sector of a waste management company. Casagrande's past experience within this role makes him the best candidate for the Operation Team's leadership position.
- Alec Scavo - State Sales Manager
- Extensive sales experience, working across multiple car dealerships over the years and managing successful start-up businesses that turned into eight digit companies. Possesses the capability of obtaining contracts with ease and communicating with clients. Networking skills that are key to a waste management business' sales sector.

3.4 Competitive Analysis:
Explain the benefits and value for money of your bid.
The money provided for the bid will allow the company to not only provide the services required of the city for both districts but to also go above and beyond. With the profits listed in the aforementioned section, not only is the city's money going into funding the workforce and having the existing city routes serviced, but also contributing to a growing company which in turn will increase our workforce and our capability of handling larger scale projects than just two districts. This money streamlines our operations, providing the necessary funding to optimize our routes and workforce across all sectors.
The funding increases accountability and quality of service too. Whilst we always pride ourselves on our service and are consistently attempting to hone and improve our operations, the money for the bid would hold us accountable and ensure that we iron out any potential issues as well as provide our top of the line service at all times. Though this is our intention across all sectors of our business, it ensures that the city has peace of mind knowing that we are aware of the responsibility and accountability that comes with this funding.
Most importantly, government funding would allow us to plan long-term, in turn leading to job creation and increased training as well as the provision of local employment opportunities. We hope on expanding the waste management industry within the city, using this public-private partnership to both ours and the city's advantage to help curb local employment issues.
