The Bayview Lodge is a diner and lounge in Paleto Bay. Our business aims to offer Paleto Bay and the county as a whole a possibility of growth, from employment to business opportunities. We aim to support local growth by buying produce from local businesses to promote local products and support our economy. So far we have established contact with the Harmony Farmer's Market, Paleto Bakery, and Paleto Brewery. Our space will allow us to have artists show their craft and people of the county host events.
We are aiming to have seven full time employees, so five more than what we currently have. The vast majority of the business funds have been destined to the redecoration of the establishment, as well as security equipment.
Our current spending for security amounts to $32,000/month for alarms and $45,000/month in CCTV equipment (3 CCTVs) subscriptions.
We would like to request 3 months of coverage for our security equipment and $70,000 to be invested in supporting the county economy by allowing us to buy locally sourced products for our operation. The total amounting to $301,000.
