After working at the Pillbox Hill Medical Center as a Human Resources Representative, I have gained enough experience and knowledge to try building my own team in the Human Resources department at the Department of Transportation. I strongly believe that hiring candidates is something I'm good at since, in the past, I had to ensure new employees met the strict standards for working at PHMC and I feel that I'm able to transfer this to a Human Resources Manager role at Department of Transportation. I think policies are there to be followed, and my honesty and decision-making ability truly help me determine whether someone is a good candidate or not. Furthermore, I believe I can build a cohesive team that will contribute to expanding the Department of Transportation's team in the future.
