- Security costs, provided by Arcani Group.
- Staff training, provided by recognized bartenders and waiters such as Chip Cooper, Roger McFarlane and Latifah Iqbal.
- Staff wages, we intend to hire a COO and HR, as well as make sure our wait-, host-, bar- & kitchenstaff get comfortable wages, so to minimalize turnovers due to wage disputes.
- Keep our catering costs lower than normal, to entice our guests and clients to use our services in up coming events. These events include;
- Social gatherings.
- Weddings.
- Charity gala's and fundraisers.
- Corporate events.
- Campaign events.
- Private parties and intimate celebrations.
- Venue maintenance & enhancement.
- Community engagement; we intend to host inclusive events such as art exhibitions, a "Prosperity Street's Promenade Market", and live performances to engage the local community.
