The plan at the moment is to try to get this through. If it were to go through, I would give the green light to our concern Bergstein & Properties to get started with their work and their projects.
What will Bergstein & Co themselves do. Well, first of all, they will be responsible for the finances of the company. If B Propties found a project that they would like to invest in, they will make an inquiry to Bergstein & CO with expected costs and how much profit the project can contribute.
As I am both responsible for Bergstein & CO which is the main company within the concern level, I will make the decision if it sounds reasonable. Quite simply, Bergstein & Co will be responsible for ensuring that decisions within the group
As you can see on the Q1 spreadsheet, we have deducted total income for Q1 with assets of $95,550.00 with a total monthly cost of -$23,600. Thus we can exclude advertising ($3,500.00) from the main costs.
What we want is to get help with four months of rent so we can use our capital to move the company forward so we can start bringing in more work and be able to pay salaries when we have the margin needed for everything to move.
