I believe that infraction was because my bike is stolen, and a sheriff found it on the street without insurance. I've tried to talk to the deputy but they never answered. I've asked my lawyer that if I'm not fined, then I wouldn't get any kind of infraction, but I guess my lawyer was wrong. With this information, I'll contact my lawyer again to fight this infraction.
