The Director of Public Relations serves as the City Government’s lead creative director, photographer, and content strategist. This position is responsible for shaping the public image of the administration through compelling visuals, thoughtful messaging, and strategic outreach. The Director plays a key role in strengthening relationships with the public and other agencies by promoting the City Government’s values in a clear, engaging, and professional manner.

In addition to managing the City's visual identity, the Director leads all aspects of public-facing communications, including logistics support, event advertising, photography, and creative direction. They oversee the Office of Public Relations, supervising a dedicated team that includes a Photographer and a Graphics Designer.

This position is essential to the daily operations of the City Government, acting as the backbone of its outreach infrastructure. Through media campaigns, event coverage, branding efforts, and digital presence, the Director ensures that the City's mission and services are accessible, visible, and positively received by the community.


The Office of Public Relations reaffirms the government's commitment to strengthening relationships between the community, public agencies, and the city government. The office includes various positions dedicated to improving the government's image and outreach through design, photography, and other creative means that improve communication and public engagement.

The office operates entirely under the COO, with the same goal to improve the welfare and operational prosperity of the City Departments and its identity.

1. Direct and supervise the Office of Public Relations to ensure proper coordination and high-quality performance by upholding the City Government’s values and principles.
2. Support official City events and meetings by taking photographs and creating graphic designs.
3.Review and improve current visual arts processes within the City Government.
4. Improve the operational efficiency of the City Government’s Charter Departments by facilitating meetings and promoting effective internal communication.
5. Strengthen relationships between the community, the public, and the City Government.

1. The applicant must have attained the age of 30.
2. The applicant must have a legal address in the State of San Andreas.
3. The applicant may not have been convicted of a felony.
4. The applicant may not have been convicted of a misdemeanor in the past three months.
5. The applicant must possess a current driving license and a reasonable driving record.
6. Applicants must either be currently unemployed or willing to resign from their current employment upon acceptance.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field.
2. 3 to 5 years of progressively responsible experience in government operations, logistics, or city management.
3. Strong understanding of municipal procedures, interdepartmental coordination, and public sector workflows.
4. Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects under pressure.
5. Must be in good physical condition and able to participate in field-based operational assessments.
6. Extensive knowledge of the structure, functions, and interrelations of main City Government Departments and its respective offices.
7. Advanced skills in photography, graphic design, and visual content creation across multiple platforms.

1. Must have a minimum of 40 hours within GTAW on any character.
2. The player must demonstrate the ability to accurately portray a City of Los Santos employee in accordance with faction standards and roleplay expectations.

3. Applicants must notify the City Operations Officer of any OOC instances necessitating a modifications to their application information. Such as changes, changes to backstory, or administrative record history.

4. Applicants are required to provide unedited and clean screenshots during the application period.
5. Applicants must remain patient and respectful during the application process. In cases in which the applicant is disrespectful, impatient or insulting, they will be met with disqualification.

STEP I. PRELIMINARY JOB APPLICATION — The first stage of the selection process consists of a formal notice of intent by the job candidate to compete for the position. Such notice of intent shall be in writing and submitted to the City Operations Officer, along with a full resume, a cover letter, and any referrals that can be considered relevant to the selection process.

STEP II. BACKGROUND CHECK ─ Upon submitting your candidacy, the City Operations Officer will verify whether the information contained within is truthful. By applying, you agree that your personal information which includes your full name, legal address, driving license, and criminal record will be subject to review by the City.

STEP III. JOB INTERVIEW ─ The third stage involves a one-to-one interview. The focus of the interview shall primarily be directed at the knowledge of the candidate, and will include both theoretical questions as well as a practical assignment.

STEP IV. EXAMINATION ─ The recruitment process is concluded with one last interview conducted by one or more of the City's leadership. Its goal is to determine the candidate's soft skills, work attitude, and leadership qualities that he or she will demonstrate in the performance of their duties as a city official.
