This application is designed for all medical professionals outside of EMS. Professionals within EMS visit the Los Santos County EMS Agency for their registration. Our goal is to make this process as smooth and straightforward as possible, ensuring that you can focus on what you do best—caring for others.
Applying for a job at a government-funded agency? (PHMC, ULSA, SADCR, etc.)
Your application fee will be waived, and this application process will be expedited.
Just link your job application in the initial form and upon offer, your medical license will be approved.

Step 2: A member of our team will respond with the full application via email on this government website for you to return to them.
A $2,500 application fee will be asked of you (instructions on how to pay provided in the email) upon submission of your application.
Step 3: Once completed and approved, you'll be notified via email, and your original inquiry form will be updated with your license and publicly archived.
