The Department of Cultural Affairs offers residents the opportunity to suggest cultural significant events that deserve recognition. Through this initiative, community members can highlight events that embody the artistic and historical essence of the City of Los Santos.
- The submitter understands that the event must have occurred within the City and County of Los Santos.
- The event must have taken place after the specified timeframe outlined in the program's information section.
- The submitter is required to submit the proposal properly and wait patiently for a response.
- The submitter may be the organizer of the event for which they are seeking recognition.
- The submitter shall be at least eighteen years of age at the time of submitting a request.
- Submitters shall read and understand all of the regulations listed above.
STEP I. REVIEW – This is the first step in which the submission handler will review the proposed event.
STEP II. QUESTIONS & INQUIRIES (OPTIONAL) – If the City Official requires additional personal information from the submitter, they may contact the submitter to request the necessary details.
STEP III. APPROVAL – Once it is determined that the event merits recognition, the organizer shall be contacted and properly awarded. Prior to this, their banking information will be requested, along with arranging a face-to-face meeting for the presentation of the award.
