Dear Miss. Cheung,

We are pleased to inform you that your application for the City's Biannual Tax Rebate Program has been approved. You are eligible to receive a rebate of $2,030 for the final quarter of 2024. This amount will be processed and issued to you shortly.

Additionally, we are able to confirm that you will be eligible to apply for the program again for the second and third quarter of 2025, meaning you will be able to submit an application twice in 2025, given that you apply within those respective quarters. If you fail to do so, you will be unbale to claim a rebate within those monthly periods and will have to wait until the first quarter of 2026.
