    I am planning to use these funds in order to keep expanding and upkeeping our company. Our business operates by selling and leasing our vending machines, gumball machines etc... to local business'. We have a local manufacturer for our machines (Butterworth Manufacturing). which of course can get pricey, with our last order of x5 combo machines coming to 11k (with discount applied). We're planning on upgrading and replacing our current machines as they are outdated, with these newer, more advanced machines which we estimate will cost upwards of $35000. We currently have 13 operational machines in the city of Los Santos, and plan to expand. We also currently have a third party electrician (Rinaldi BuildCo.) for machine maintenance and repairs. We pay currently pay approximately 6500 a month for this service. The rest of the funds will be used in order to hire and pay new employee's in order to keep up with the expansion of more machines. Our goal is to reach 20 operational machines by the end of February. From these 20 machines, we predict we'll have $30000 a month gross income. We also have digital advertising screens on our new and improved vending machines, so we plan to sell some of this advertising space for extra monthly income.

Thank you for submitting your application for small business funding through the City’s Small Business Fund. After careful review, we regret to inform you that your request for funding for Five Star Vending has been denied.

The Small Business Fund is designed to support businesses that align with community-oriented values and contribute to fostering a positive local environment. Additionally, The Small Business Fund is designed to assist businesses that require additional support to grow and thrive. At this time, Five Star Vending appears to be a relatively new businesses, with no known track record to date. Because of such, the City does not find this funding could be utilized appropriately and with efficient growth, especially with only 2 staff members on hand, whereas the Small Business Fund is designed to help businesses employing multiple employees which provide a range of services and a track record of growth within their company.
