Status of Recruitment: Closed - Number of Positions: 1 - Duration of Position: Continuous - Pay Group: Operations Manager: 70,000$

We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our departments operations.

The role will include managing our strategy, improving performance and managing the driver team. You should be ready to mentor your staff, find ways to increase the quality of customer service, and implement best practises across the department.

You will be fully responsible for managing the depot, including:
• Making sure the fleet is ready for service, fuelled & serviced in-line with manufacturers service schedules.
• Taking out vehicles from the garage and preparing them for service.

You will also manage the driver dispatch system, including:
• Monitoring drivers and trainees activity on radio.
• If more drivers are on routes, ensure that there are no duplicate timetables. Ensure all routes are filled.
You will also liase with the HR Department to:
• Deal with members of the public, receive feedback and deal with any complaints that may arise.
• Ensure that the HR Department is up-to-date.
• Monitoring for potential progression, ie Driver Supervisor members.
• Ensuring drivers progress within the driver ranks.

Department of Transportation is responsible for all those functions and operations of the city relating to transportation including, the planning, development and oversight of mass transit operations within the City of Los Santos, including municipal corporation operations or a private contracted corporation operations.

The department is furthermore responsible for the acquisition, renovation and maintenance of mass transportation facilities utilizing the provisions of section applicable to acquisitions of property for City use.


1. The applicant must be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal English skills.

2. The applicant must possess a clean and current driving license.
3. The applicant may not have been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor.
4. The applicant must be at least 21 years of age at the time of application.

1. Proven work experience as an Operations Manager, or similar role.
2. Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
3. Familiarity with business principles.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Leadership ability.
